For diagnostic ultrasounds, we provide extensive exams that can help diagnose, monitor, and screen for various conditions. Our diagnostic services include gynecological exams, abdominal pain evaluations, and infertility monitoring, We work closely with you and your healthcare provider to deliver accurate and timely results, and our experienced staff is always available
** We are so confident in our gender determination accuracy that we offer a money-back gender guarantee if we were to determine your baby’s gender incorrectly. Suppose you visit us for a gender session anytime after 14 weeks of pregnancy and we fail to assess your baby’s gender correctly. In that case, we will refund you $65.00 for the gender determination portion of your session.No refunds will be given for any reason; all sales are final. We are an independent diagnostic medical imaging company that provides a service. Once the service has started, no refunds will be given for any reason; all sales are final.
* Free return visit if your baby is not cooperative during your session is at the discretion of the Sonographer. (Not able to determine the gender due to position, not able to obtain any image due to position or other factors. We do not guarantee any particular pose or position) The return visit has to be completed within 2 weeks of the original appointment. They are scheduled Monday thru Thursday from 9AM to 5 PM. If you need a time outside of the free hours there is a $35 Fee. To reschedule a free or paid finish appointment we do require 24 to 48 hour notice. If you do not give us the proper notice you forfeit your free or paid return appointment. No refunds will be given for any reason, all sales are final.
