Inspired by great fresh ingredients, our small neighborhood bakery on a corner in downtown Chicago began creating artisan breads and freshly baked sweets. And upon a little success, neighbors began to ask for sandwiches made with that fabulous bread, followed by homemade soups and salads, and even made-to-order scramblers. Their guests’ requests continued to inspire us as their bakery’s menu and business grew.

Condado’s build-your-own-taco concept has been operating since 2014, with our first location at 1227 North High Street, Columbus, Ohio. We’ve since added several more locations in Columbus and Pittsburgh, with many more on the way!
At Condado, we’re all about the tacos, tequila, and margaritas (but we’re also pretty fond of our whiskeys, guacamole, and craft drafts). Our main attraction is the build-your-own taco starting at $3-4, where choices range from the toppings all the way down to the shell.
