Holiday Performances for the Whole Family in Columbus, Ohio


Now that it’s November, many of us have turned to planning family activities for the holiday season. Those eight weeks between Halloween and the New Year will undoubtedly fill up quickly with so many things to do around Columbus!

Below is a list of family-friendly Christmas performances you should consider adding to your holiday bucket list. This is a gift your kids will always remember and could become a really unique tradition to look forward to as well! Get your tickets early and plan ahead. There are so many to choose from!

Festival of Lights- Diwali and Hannukah Celebration

When: November 16, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Details: Shadowbox Live shows are generally for adults-only, but there is pricing for children so perhaps this one is appropriate for kids too.

Columbus Children’s Theatre: Rapunzel

Capital University Christmas Festival 2019

When: December 5, 2019- December 8, 2019 (Thursday- Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Sunday) 

Where: Mees Hall, Capital University

A Winnie-the-Pooh Christmas Tail 

When: December 6, 2019- December 22, 2019 

Where: Van Fleet Theater
