Are you looking for fun and comfortable spots with WiFi in Columbus, Ohio? It can be challenging to find a quality coffee shop or spot that also has WiFi and a tasty menu. Not all coffee shops are created equal and the more I began needing to find spots to work, the more curious I got with finding local spots that had free WiFi. It was fun to explore and I learned a lot along the way! Here are some of my favorites!

  • Alchemy

  • Two Locations in Grandview and the South Side of Columbus. This health-focused spot has delicious smoothies, yogurt bowls, toasts, coffee drinks, breakfast items, a lunch menu and basically whatever you are in the mood for! Both locations have WiFi.

  • Global Gallery Coffee Shop

  • This shop is located in the heart of Clintonville. They have indoor and outdoor seating with WiFi. The parking lot is small, but street parking is also available. The lavender latte is my favorite!

  • Mission Coffee

  • This coffee shop offers beans from Brazil, Guatemala, Columbia and many more! This shop has an atmosphere with a variety of music that is conducive to getting work done as well. The coffee will keep you coming back for more too! It is located in the Short North.

  • One Line Coffee

  • Ample seating and amazing coffee makes this shop high on the list. It is located in the Short North and is a great location to get work done. It is also surrounded by a variety of shops which can make for a fun day. 🙂

  • The Roosevelt Coffeehouse

  • The Roosevelt Coffeehouse is located in the Discovery District of Downtown Columbus. An added bonus is they have a parking lot! They serve Stumptown beans out of Portland here. WiFi and Stumptown make this a worthwhile spot in my book! It is a larger coffee shop with plenty of space to find a table.

  • Zest

  • With 5 locations around Columbus, this juice spot is one you can’t pass up! I always try something new when I am working here and it does not disappoint. You can find something healthy here and check things off your to-do list with their free WiFi.

  • Bottoms Up Coffee

  • This coffee and co-working shop is located in Franklinton. It was actually co-founded by one of our original contributors. It also has a mission to create social change. They have co-working options available as well. Coffee drinks and treats are abundant!

  • Stauf’s Coffee

  • Two prominent locations in German Village and Grandview, Stauf’s Coffee has always been a spot I have loved to get work done. They also have locations in the North Market, in the Idea Foundry, and the Discovery District. The honey latte does not disappoint!

  • Katalina’s

  • This WiFi spot in Victorian Village is open 7 days a week from 8 a.m.- 3 p.m. The pancake balls are a must and you will enjoy working on the patio or in a cozy corner inside.

  • Harvest Moon

  • I used to frequent this spot when I lived on the East side of town. They have a vast menu, great coffee and WiFi is available.

Maureen Ingham
Maureen Ingham has enjoyed living in the great city of Columbus for nearly 13 years! Originally from Canton, Ohio, Maureen attended Ohio University and will always be a bobcat at heart! After completing her education degree in Athens, she made her way to The Ohio State University to obtain a Masters degree in Special Education. She fell in love with Columbus then and convinced her now husband to join her in this awesome city! She taught 5th grade for 6 years, before deciding to stay home to raise two beautiful girls. Their family has recently moved to Worthington with their two girls and are excited to plant their roots here! Their first daughter, Maeve is 6 and her sister, Reese will soon be 5 years old. They welcomed a son, Miles in March 2020. Maureen has been with The Columbus Moms Blog since the beginning and now enjoys working on editing and events for the blog. She also works as a Postpartum Doula with her sister at a company called Together Wee Grow. They provide night nursing services, as well as daytime support to local families and babies in Columbus. It is a wonderful job to work along her sister and help families with their precious little ones in a vulnerable time period. In between the night shifts, sweeping up crumbs, exploring Columbus, and getting kids to where they need to be, Maureen enjoys working out, trying new recipes and restaurants, traveling, spending time with family, being crafty and trying to help others whenever she can! Maureen has many Columbus favorites. Her go-to restaurant is Third and Hollywood, she enjoys a sweet treat at Sassafrass Bakery or Fox in the Snow, a slice of pizza at Dewey's Pizza and a warm cup of joe at Highline Coffee. A perfect Saturday involves an outdoor activity with her family and trying a new restaurant when they can! She is excited to be a part of an excellent team here at Columbus Moms blog and hopes to be able to inspire mothers that small acts of kindness go a long way in raising their kids and the city they live in!
