- This event takes place at Zoombezi Bay.
- Open Friday-Sunday from September 16, 2022 – October 30, 2022 and on select Thursday nights in October.
- There are several different haunted houses and scare zones.
- Six different rides are open.

The Haunted Woods of Shawnee Hills
- This is a 3/4 mile grassy trail through the woods with spooks along they way.
- Dates in October: 7-8, 14-15, 21-22, 28-29
- Located down a wooded residential road with parking past the red gate.
- Just a short drive from the zoo.
- Described as the world’s most extreme haunted attraction!
- A “touch” haunt where they are allowed to touch, push, etc (must sign a waiver)
- Open Thursday through Saturday starting September 15, 2022- October 29, 2022. Parking opens at 6:00 p.m., tickets open at 7:00 p.m. and haunt opens around 8:30 p.m.
