This is a wonderful community park! It is located in close proximity to the Miller Park Library in a neighborhood. Despite the small parking lot, there is a lot of street parking available nearby. The playground equipment is divided into two areas, one for 5-12 year olds, and the other for the younger kids. There is a small trail with a bridge for bikes!

This playground has just been revamped and reopened recently. There’s a soft rubber surface at the playground with multiple climbing structures. The playground is enclosed with a fence and there are a few trees outside of the fence area to offer from shade. There is inclusive equipment such as ramps and swings that can be used by children of all abilities. On the playground structure, there are several interactive pieces that play music when pressed.
Near the playground are basketball courts, sand volleyball and tennis courts. There’s also a fishing pond and during the winter a hill to use for sledding.
There are a few playground areas and a big basketball court with a rubber type of flooring.
Bring fishing poles because there is a water area (used to be a quarry) and a dock to stand on while you cast.
There is a covered picnic table area but not much shade in the rest of the playground area.
The main playground of Mingo Park is under construction (as of July 2020) but the sign said it would be opening in May 2020.
Although the bigger equipment isn’t open, there’s still a slide, swings, little kid area and a few other things to do. The park had lots of shade under the kiddie area and trees in the lawn area where people were having picnics.

Near the pool area (closed summer 2020) is a creek. There’s a swing you can sit on and watch the water.
This park offers shade! It has two playgrounds to enjoy. There are swings, a house for imagination and play. It also has bridges to climb on and variety of swings.
This park offers a toddler section as well as a playground for older children. There is a Handel’s nearby so it’s a good place to get ice cream and then play!

The recently renovated Clinton-Como Park (19.50 acres) borders the East bank of the Olentangy River, just South of North Broadway Ave. The park, which has two sections, (north and south) contains a section of the Olentangy Greenway Trail running along the river. A bridge over the river at the South end of the park allows bikers and walkers to cross over into The Ohio State University wetlands area, and to continue South on the trail to downtown Columbus. Parking is provided in a small lot in north section, accessed from West end of Lakeview Ave. Additionally, this park features an updated shelter, half-court basketball/ Pickle Ball court and playground.

We continue support after baby is here, throughout the entire 4th Trimester (in person, virtually & over the phone). We are unique because we use a proactive team based approach that includes the Mom & OB HCP as part of the team. It is built like the sports medicine model where a whole team of HCPs work together to support the athlete to help keep them healthy & return them back to play when injured.
