Musicologie in Lewis Center provides simply delightful music lessons in Lewis Center, Powell and Delaware. Musicologie is the largest music lessons company in Lewis Center. Our music teachers teach music lessons to all ages and abilities on instruments like piano, voice, guitar, violin, drums and more. Our mission is to create an inclusive community of music explorers and empower teachers to build sustainable careers.
Our Lewis Center studio is home to a spacious and welcoming learning environment and is conveniently located within the Green Meadows Commerce Center.
Seeds of Caring is an organization that creates service, social action, and community- building experiences for kids and the grown ups who care for them. We help kids see and understand the needs in their community, then develop the social-emotional skills and confidence to make a difference. All programming is intentionally-designed with age appropriate education, meaningful service activities, and time for empathetic reflection. Our various at home and in-person service projects as well as our student group Kindness Corps, enable families, schools, and other groups to nurture a commitment to kindness and find ways to take action. They offer 10-15 projects each month with all registration available at seedsofcaring.org.
Alum Creek Park North is the City’s first park, dedicated in 1936. It includes an amphitheater, shelter house, cabin for the Boy Scouts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and a playground. Playground has a train and large sand area too!
Highbanks is named for its massive 100-foot-high shale bluff towering over the Olentangy State Scenic River. Tributary streams cutting across the bluff have created a number of deep ravines in the eastern part of the 1,200-acre park. Ohio and Olentangy shales, often containing outstanding large concretions, are exposed on the bluff face and sides of the ravines. Plenty of playgrounds all throughout the park!

The mission of 2nd & 7 is to promote reading by providing free books and positive role models to kids in need while encouraging young athletes of the community to pay it forward.
Our Tackling Illiteracy program encourages 2nd graders to read and provides each of those children with a visit from a student-athlete role model and a new book to take home.
In the NEW Columbus Kids’ Book Bank, we accept NEW & VERY GENTLY used K-6 books to be distributed to local classrooms and organizations that serve children in central Ohio. We need the help of individuals, teams, and businesses in our community to help us the the collection, sorting, and distribution of books.
Our annual football camp is one of the biggest fundraisers that supports our mission. Our camp promises to be one of the best camps of the summer for your child. This camp focuses on the fundamentals of football in a non-contact setting, with some of the best coaches around. Kids ages 7-14 are treated to 3 days of drills, guest speakers, great food and a lot of fun! Proceeds from camp support our mission to promote reading by providing free books and positive role models to kids in need while encouraging young athletes of the community to pay it forward.
