Tandem values parent-provider equality; decisions should be made between the two parties, not by our organization. We allow parent and provider communication outside of us once we have facilitated the connection. Parents decide what they want to pay their provider based on the particular scope of the job, and providers set their rate range so that we can easily pair the two.
