THE MAX Challenge

THE MAX Challenge is a 10-week program that combines fun and effective group fitness classes, nutrition coaching, and a high level of motivation and accountability! It is designed to help you make fast and lasting changes to your health, body composition and fitness level so you can FEEL YOUR BEST!

While we will eventually have a physical location in the New Albany/Westerville area, right now THE MAX Challenge is VIRTUAL! You can do our 10-week program from anywhere, anytime! Here’s what you can expect:

• Fun and ever-changing workouts that combine HIIT, strength training and kickboxing. Our workouts are accessible to ALL fitness levels!
