There’s also a wide selection of books and videos to check out. This library is part of the Worthington Libraries, but you can check out items using your Columbus Metropolitan Library card.

North Bank Park is located along the Scioto River in downtown Columbus. Behind the pavilion on the upper-level plaza, there is an interactive fountain that will allow children to play and create memories. There are plenty of tables and chairs set up as well as lawn seating that faces the river which makes for a great spot for lunch. Parking can be an issue, but there are garages near the park. This is a smaller park and would make the perfect play date
The Powell Splash Pad, located in Village Green Park (47 Hall Street, Powell) is open from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Memorial Day through Labor Day. Visitors can cool off or enjoy a meal under the Solar Pavilion (cannot be rented), walk along the multi-use path in Village Green Park or play at the nearby playground.
