In envisioning her birthday party, my 5-year old wanted a princess party with all of her friends. I wanted to give her a truly magical experience with all the frills, but knew my time was limited in what I could prepare. Perfect Parties saved my sanity and provided a stress-free planning, preparation, and party experience. You might think this sounds too good to be true, after all, a fairy-godmother did arrive to decorate our house, but I assure you it was PERFECT.
Larissa and her team from Perfect Parties came to our house an hour before the party started. They got to work transforming our dining room. They brought chair covers, table cloths, sashes, fine china, silver, table decorations, napkins, platters, tea cart, individualized place settings, costumes, makeup, prizes, music and goodie bags. In our study, they set up the princess changing room. As the guests arrived they picked from a wide array and sizes of princess costumes. There were a few knight costumes available for the boys so they could join in on the fun. Light makeup was applied to the girls and they selected a few jewels to glitz up their outfit.
The guests were captivated and in awe of the Fairy Godmother as she dazzled them with entertainment. The Fairy Godmother taught the girls how to be a princess and sprinkled them with fairy dust. There was a Coronation Ceremony where each princess and knight were presented with a personalized certificate announcing that they completed Royal Kingdom University. Other activities included a treasure hunt, dance and a few games. Before heading into the dining room for tea, the Fairy Godmother read the guests a story and talked with them about how to use a teacup, saucer and have manners at the table.
Watching the little ones sit at the elegant table and wait as they were served tea and food was so precious. After we sang happy birthday and ate the cake, it was time to open presents. Our guests moved into the living room and the Fairy Godmother and her team began the clean up process. Goodie bags were included in the party package so each guest got to take home some treats as well.
This party was unbelievable and I was very impressed every step of the way. Larissa did an excellent job communicating with me leading up to the party and handled all of the details as a professional. It would have taken me weeks to buy the decorations and prepare all the personalized touches.
Our package was called Princess Tea Special, but there are many other themes and party packages available such as spa parties, pop star parties, pirate adventure, artist party, baby showers and custom parties. If you have an idea, Perfect Parties can probably make it happen.
Instead of bouncing from task to task trying to entertain the children, I was able to enjoy the fun. Watching the twinkle in each of the girls’ eyes as they followed the Fairy Godmother’s directions made me smile. The other parents in attendance were equally impressed with the setup and flow of the party and many of them asked for additional details so they could keep Perfect Parties in mind for their next party.
