A colorful meal full of nutrients, vitamins & omega 3s!
Ingredients:
4 ounces of wild-caught salmon filet skin on
Olive Oil
White onion chopped
1 Red Pepper
1 Green Pepper
Brocolli florets
Splash of lemon (optional)
Place parchment paper in two baking sheets. In the first one sprinkle some salt and olive oil. Place salmon skin down. Sprinkle olive oil as well as some salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 400F until white juices ooze out of the fish.
In the second sheet with the parchment paper place all the veggies. Sprinkle some olive oil and season with salt and pepper or any other spices you like. Bake at 400f until golden brown.
Splash with lemon both fish and veggies if you like. Enjoy!
